  • Doesn't give you a view of all your historical purchases, remaining sessions form package and other key information that saves you time calling or emailing us

  • Requires you to enter your details every time you book which gets annoying and repetitive

  • Is not very user-friendly

  • Is only web based and doesn't have a native mobile phone version

  • Doesn't let you update your personal information on the fly

  • Doesn't let you track people you've referred

  • Doesn't let you message the business directly

  • Doesn't let you see upcoming appointments

  • Doesn't let you buy products in the same place you book appointments

  • Doesn't make it easy to redeem offers and gift vouchers

2. A dedicated account that you can log into, and stay logged into so you don't have to re-key your details every time

That's right, no more entering your name, phone number and email for every massage, Sauna or naturopathic booking, simply open your app and book or buy.

We tested 7 different high quality apps before selecting this one. The main reason for selecting it outside of its feature set?... usability. We wanted to give you something that was intuitive, user friendly and attractive to look at, we think we found it!

4. Allows you to buy and access appointments, packages, memberships, products and content all from the same app!

Our new app will give you access to see, interact with, purchase and use all of our service, packages, memberships, products, vouchers, gift cards and media all in a single app on a single device!

With your new app you will be able to communicate directly to our practice without having to call or email the practice, and you will be able to see the communication in context of the app.

You can stay connected to what's happening in our practice simply by checking the feed in your app. These include deals and offers, surveys, no service and feature announcements, general practice announcements and more!

These are just a few of the benefits and features of our new staff app, but that alone is exciting. We will be providing more updates about the app as we get closer to launch date. This will include how to videos and more so please stand by for that.

Here is a quick checklist to help you get ready for the new customer app, you do not need to do any of these things until Jan 8 Jan 16, this checklist is just a heads up on what's coming

  • Be watching your inboxes from Jan 8 Jan 16 for emails regarding how to download and access the new app (you don't need to do anything until you've received this email)

  • Once you receive those email you will want to download the new app, login and look around

  • After you've downloaded the new app, watch a quick 3 minute video on how to use the app

Jason manages all of the back end processes, strategic direction and technology for Symmetry Wellness. He is also trained in Swedish and Lymphatic Drainage Massage, anatomy and physiology. He is an avid reader and loves learning about health, wellness human psychology, human potential history and variety of other topics.
