Question 2: Can I cancel whenever I want?
Yes, you can cancel whenever you want and get back the dollar value of any unused credits less the setup fee.
Question 3: What do you mean I can "share my benefits"?
Yep, you are absolutely able to share the benefits of your membership with family living at the same address. Also every month you get $35 in credits to give as a gift to a friend. The credits can be used with any Sauna session or massage, naturopathy or emotional health and wellness session over 30 mins.
Question 4: What happens if I don't use my benefits for 1 or more months?
You have 3 months in which to use your benefits (e.g. March's benefits will be usable until May 31). We found this is plenty of time for most people to use any accrued credits.
Question 5: What if I need to go on holiday or I have a family emergency?
We understand that life happens, so you can pause your membership for up to 3 months once per year to give you the flexibility you need.
